This webshop is operated by INSIGHIO P.C. established in Greece.
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through this website by business customers acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that it is acting as a business entity and not as a consumer.
Scope
Products offered through this webshop are intended exclusively for business customers within the European Union.
The seller reserves the right to reject orders from individuals acting as consumers or from entities located outside the European Union.
Orders and Contract Formation
Orders submitted through the webshop constitute an offer to purchase products.
The sales contract is concluded only upon written order confirmation issued by the seller.
The seller reserves the right to reject or cancel any order prior to shipment.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).
Prices may be shown exclusive of VAT.
For customers established in another EU Member State, VAT treatment shall be determined in accordance with applicable EU VAT rules and the validity of the customer's VAT identification number.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate VAT registration information.
Payment
Payment must be completed using the payment methods offered on the website.
Ownership of the products remains with the seller until full payment has been received.
Availability & Pre-Orders
Product availability displayed on the website is indicative and may change without notice.
Products designated as "Pre-Order" are not immediately available for shipment.
Estimated shipment dates are indicative only and may be affected by manufacturing, component availability, logistics, certification, or other circumstances beyond the seller's control.
Delivery
Delivery is available only within the European Union.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier or upon receipt by the customer, whichever is applicable under the agreed Incoterms.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Cloud Platform Subscriptions
Subscription Services
The seller may offer access to cloud-based software, data services, APIs, and related digital services.
Subscription services are provided on a recurring or pre-paid basis according to the subscription plan selected by the customer.
Subscription Term and Renewal
Subscriptions remain active for the purchased subscription period and may be renewed upon payment of the applicable fees.
Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions do not automatically renew.
Service Availability
The seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and circumstances beyond the seller's control may result in temporary service interruptions.
Acceptable Use
Customers shall not:
- misuse the service,
- attempt unauthorized access,
- interfere with service operation,
- use the service in violation of applicable laws.
Suspension and Termination
The seller may suspend or terminate access in the event of:
- non-payment,
- breach of these terms,
- unlawful use of the service.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.
Inspection and Claims
The customer shall inspect products promptly upon receipt.
Any visible damage, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or operation outside the product specifications.
The seller's sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion.
Product Use
Products are intended for professional and industrial use. The products are sold exclusively to business customers acting in the course of their professional activities. Consumer protection provisions applicable to consumer sales do not apply.
The customer is responsible for determining whether the products are suitable for its intended application.
Technical specifications and documentation are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
Regulatory Compliance
Regulatory certifications, approvals, and compliance status are specified on the relevant product pages or accompanying documentation. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, no representation is made that a product is certified for any particular jurisdiction, application, or end-use environment. The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and compliant for its intended use.
