How do I start?

We recommend starting with one of our pre-configured IoT Logger Kits. Each kit includes everything required for desk evaluation or field deployment. Simply connect your sensor, configure the device, and start collecting data in insigh.io Console.

I can't find a shield for my sensor.

We can develop custom sensor shields for specific sensors and applications. Custom shields integrate directly with our main board and platform. Contact us to discuss your sensor requirements and deployment needs.

I am not sure about the connectivity options.

By default we support WiFi and Cellular (NB-IoT/LTE-M with GSM fallback) Connectivity. We also have expansion shields for LoRa and Satellite (ASTROCAST). If these options still don't cover you, contact us at sales@insigh.io

Do I need to purchase a subscription with each hardware purchase?

It is not mandatory as you can configure our firmware to use your back-end. But it is a must in order to get the full end-to-end experience of insigh.io. If not sure use the free package for first 3 devices.

What support do we offer?

We recommend starting with our documentation portal, which covers device setup, firmware configuration, and platform usage. We also provide technical support through our ticketing system with typical response times of 1–2 business days. To request access, contact support@insigh.io

Are there any limitations in ordering?

Due to limited production quantities, orders are currently limited to 3 units per customer. We currently serve business customers located within the European Union. For larger quantities or any other issues contact us directly.

What are they payment options?

Is the hardware certified?

Certification status is indicated on each product page. CE-certified products comply with applicable EU regulations, and Declarations of Conformity (DoC) are available upon request. Newly released products may still be undergoing certification. If certification is important for your application, please contact us before ordering.
